Trivia[]

The name "Zev" is Hebrew, and derived from the word for wolf. Judaism actually has some interesting things to say about werewolves.

Additionally, given the period, and his name, it is highly unlikely that Zev is not Jewish.

Zev is an old friend of Randolph Lyall, and knows his tastes well.[3]

Biffy compares Zev to the little matchstick girl while joking with Lyall about which fairy tales the pack members represent.[4]
