Queen Victoria (Alexandrina Victoria) is a character in the Parasol Protectorate series. She is the Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland from 20 June 1837 until her death. From 1 May 1876, she uses the additional title of Empress of India.

History
Victoria was born on May 24th, 1819. She was crowned on June 20, 1837 at the age of 18 and married Prince Albert in 1840. She died on January 22nd, 1901, at the age of 81. For more information on the real life Queen Victoria, see Wikipedia.

Imprudence
At the beginning of Imprudence, Prudence is in a meeting with Queen Victoria - and the Queen is not amused. Queen Victoria strips Rue of her sundowner status and of the Empire's protection.

- She only would accept Alexia as muhjah after marriage. The queen didn't consider spinsters appropriate for that role apparently.
