Romancing the Werewolf[]
Robin is a foundling left on the doorstep of the London Pack by the Following of the Beast cult in December of 1895. He was left as weregild by the cult on behalf of Thaddeus Monday, as a challenge to Biffy for Alpha leadership of the pack. On his first appearance, Robin screams enough to send the entire pack into a panic, until Biffy finally calms him.
Having nothing else to call him, they decide to name him "Robin", due to the time of year he was found. Silence Whybrew is hired as a nursemaid to care for him. Members of the pack attempt to convince their Alpha to let them keep the baby, but Biffy refuses them and tries to return Robin and the other children that follow to their families.
At the end of the novella, Robin is revealed to have no living family at all that they can find, and he is officially adopted by the pack.
